Сьогодні у Дніпрі відбулося засідання суду, де його звинувачують у незаконному позбавленні волі колишнього військовослужбовця

Суд мав розглянути продовження запобіжного заходу Тищенку, який перебуває під домашнім арештом.

За словами прокурора, Тищенко обіцяв сам приїхати на суд, тому примусу до нього не застосовували. Однак на засідання він так і не з'явився.

Пізніше прокурор повідомив, що Тищенко о 4-ій ранку 23 грудня звернувся до медзакладу у Києві, де йому попередньо діагностували ішемічну хворобу серця. Саме це і стало причиною його відсутності у суді.

Запобіжний захід Тищенку оберуть 6 січня.
