"Місцеві вибори" в так званій ДНР, які пройдуть за "законами" бойовиків, будуть проведені в декілька етапів.

Як повідомляє сайт сепаратистів з посиланням на ватажка бойовиків "ДНР" Олександра Захарченка, "вибори" будуть проводити в кілька етапів через "брак бюджетних коштів і потреби в першочерговому порядку відновлення об'єктів соціальної сфери, промисловості, а також забезпечення населення соціальними виплатами, пенсіями та допомогами", передає УНІАН

Згідно з "указом" ватажка терористів, на першому етапі, який пройде 18 жовтня будуть обирати голів міських і районних адміністрацій.

"Зокрема, будуть вибиратися керівники Амвросіївського, Новоазовського, Старобешівського, Тельманівського районів, міст Горлівка, Дебальцевого, Докучаєвська, Донецька, Єнакієва, Жданівки, Кіровська, Макіївки, Сніжного, Тореза, Харцизька, Шахтарська і Ясинуватої", - йдеться в повідомленні.

Відзначається, що наступні етапи так званих виборів "передбачають обрання керівників усіх інших рівнів".

"Повністю завершити виборчий процес місцевого рівня ми плануємо в першому півріччі 2016 року", - цитує сепаратистське видання Захарченка.
