На участке №511274, который расположен в 118-ой школе на Преображенской улице, при подсчете голосов на выборах в облсовет обнаружили большое количество бюллетеней без печати избирательной комиссии.

Как сообщил один из наблюдателей, таких бюллетеней, которые по закону являются недействительными, оказалось 20% от общего числа, пишет Думская

«Такая ситуация могла произойти либо из-за халатности членов комиссии, которые забыли поставить печати и не проконтролировали это при выдаче бюллетеней избирателям, либо это результат плохо подготовленного вброса», — отметил наш собеседник.
