Компанії займалася питаннями реєстрації яхт, отриманням громадянства Мальти та фінансовими консультаціями для клієнтів із капіталом понад $30 млн. Вони допомогли створити понад 200 юридичних осіб на Мальті, які використовувалися для управління активами, включно з елітними яхтами та нерухомістю.
Призупинення діяльності цих компаній демонструє посилений контроль Європи за фінансовими потоками російських олігархів, які шукають шляхи збереження активів в умовах міжнародної ізоляції.
