Рада партії “ВОЛЯ” 20 лютого 2016 року прийняла рішення задовольнити звернення Центральної контрольно-ревізійної комісії (ЦКРК) партії до Ради партії “ВОЛЯ”, яка рекомендує припинити членство Ірини Суслової у партії “ВОЛЯ” згідно з абзацом 3 п.4.6.3 Статуту партії “ВОЛЯ”.

"Рогзглянувши подання ЦКРК, враховуючи порушення членом партії Статуту, що підтверджується інформацією поданою ЦКРК щодо неособистого голосування члена партії у Верховній Раді, що мало місце 3 лютого 2016 року, Рада партії "ВОЛЯ" вважає, що існують передбачені Статутом (п.12.11 та а.3 п.4.6.3 Статуту) підстави для припинення членства Ірини Суслової у партії “ВОЛЯ”, - йдеться у рішенні партії.
