Банк ING повідомив у вівторок, що домовився про продаж російського бізнесу.  Угода, яка має отримати дозвіл  регулюючих органів, як очікується, буде закрита у III кварталі та «приведе до припинення роботи ING на російському ринку», йдеться у повідомленні. 

Покупець придбає всі акції АТ "ІНГ Банк (Євразія)", до нього перейде весь російський бізнес, який почне працювати під новим брендом.

ING був одним із перших західних банків, що прийшли до росії після розпаду СРСР; він почав надавати корпоративні послуги у 1993 р. 

Після початку війни з 2022 року, «ІНГ Банк (Євразія)» не розвивав бізнес із російськими компаніями, скоротив операції, його кредитний портфель зменшився більш ніж на 75% .
