США можуть ввести економічні санкції проти Венесуели, якщо її президент Ніколас Мадуро в результаті голосування 30 липня створить Установчі збори.
 

Про це заявив очільник США Дональд Трамп, повідомляє видання Reuters.

Говорячи про референдум за відставку Мадуро, який пройшов у країні напередодні, він зауважив, що громадяни Венесуели такими своїми діями дали зрозуміти, що вон підтримують демократію та верховенство права.

"Однак їхні сильні і мужні дії, як і раніше, ігноруються поганим лідером, який мріє стати диктатором. США не стоятимуть осторонь, коли відбуватиметься знищення Венесуели. Якщо режим Мадуро встановить свої Установчі збори 30 липня, США вживуть сильних і швидких економічних заходів", - наголосив Трамп.

Зазначимо, створення Установчих зборів надасть Мадуро право переписати конституцію і анулювати законодавчий орган, очолюваний опозицією.
