Поки кияни і українці гадали спалах в небі це вже ядерка чи ще ні, Офіс Президента жартував про «НЛО» і роботу ППО. 

Ввечері 19 квітня над Київщиною спостерігався потужний спалах, який не на жарт перелякав багатьох. Протягом короткого терміну після цієї події увімкнулася повітряна тривога. В цей час у ряді областей була повітряна тривога та повітряна атака, але очільник Офісу Президента Андрій Єрмак жартував про НЛО, роботу ППО та різноманітні версії подій. 

Андрій Єрмак свій допис видалив. А його прессекретар Даша Зарівна спробувала заспокоїти написавши абстрактне речення, що "живемо в істричний час" 

Вчергове комунікація перетворилася на фарс і остаточне пояснення суспільство досі не отримало.
