Ряд міжнародних медійних організацій закликають німецьку владу провести ретельне розслідування нападу поліції Берліна на мексиканського журналіста газети Berliner Zeitung Ігнасіо Росасланди. Про це повідомляє Міжнародний інститут преси.
Росасланда знімав на камеру протести пропалестинських активістів, які зайняли будівлю Інституту соціальних наук Університету Гумбольдта. Він представився поліції як представник преси, однак на нього напав поліцейський.
«Поліцейський раптово накинувся на мене ззаду. Він двічі вдарив мене кулаком по обличчю, а потім штовхнув на землю коліном за спиною. Я весь час кричав, що я журналіст. У мене навіть журналістське посвідчення було на шиї”, - каже журналіст.
Потім журналіста тримали в будівлі університету для допиту. Поранений Росасланда також не отримав медичної допомоги. Редакція Berliner Zeitung рішуче засудила насильство щодо Росасланди.
