За даними джерел "Слузі народу", фракція зараз близька до остаточної дезорганізації, а одразу кілька десятків народних депутатів висловлювали бажання скласти мандати через відсутність мотивації. Про це йдеться у статті УП "Нема Ради, або Парламентська криза та інші негаразди Зеленського"

Станом на зараз у "Слузі народу" де-юре 235 парламентарів. Регулярно приходять на засідання й активно голосують – орієнтовно 170-180 нардепів. Решта або відкрито відкололась, як 17 депутатів групи Разумкова, або регулярно пропускає засідання.

За даними джерела, між Офісом президента і парламентом є непорозуміння.

 "Між Офісом президента і парламентом є непорозуміння. ОП зневажає парламент. Вони думають, що "слуги" голосуватимуть за все, що потрібно, бо ж Зеленський їх привів до влади. Так, привів. І що? А ми вже два роки повномасштабної війни вистояли. Тому стара модель взаємодії уже не працює. Потрібно щось змінювати", -говорить  співрозмовника УП

"По-перше, усі втомилися від війни. По-друге, з'явилося багато жорстких обмежень, наприклад, неможливість виїхати у відрядження. По-третє, депутати не впливають на процеси в державі і тому не бачать своєї ролі в Раді і сенсу бути там".

За інформацією джерел УП, одразу кілька десятків народних депутатів зі "Слуги народу" висловлювали керівництву фракції бажання скласти мандати. Основна причина – відсутність мотивації.

За словами одного зі "Слуг народу": "Умовно кажучи, приходить депутат і каже: "Пустіть мене. Мені пропонують менеджерську посаду на заводі і зарплату 8 тисяч доларів. Мені треба годувати сім'ю і якось розвиватися". І такі розмови я вже багато разів слухав".
