В Україні запустили інформаційну систему "Книга катів українського народу". У ній міститься перевірена інформація про росіян, які вчиняли військові злочини на території України. Про це на брифінгу повідомив заступника керівника Офісу Президента України Андрій Смирнов.

"Вона являє собою збірку верифікованих даних військовослужбовців російської армії, які вчинили та продовжують вчиняти злочини на території України. Цей список не є вичерпним та продовжує наповнюватись. Великий масив інформації, яким ми володіємо, щоденно продовжує аналізуватись та уточнюватись", - сказав Смирнов.

У майбутньому ця інформація буде використовуватись при доведенні злочинів у міжнародних судах чи спеціальних трибуналах. Книгу можуть доповнювати громадяни України. Вона доступна за посиланням.

"Крім того, за допомогою спеціальної форми зворотного зв'язку кожен громадянин України, який став жертвою агресії російських військових, може упізнати злочинця та надати додаткові відомості, які будуть використані для фіксації факту вчинення злочину, формування, звинувачення та винесення вироку", - додав Андрій Смирнов.

За його словами в Офісі президента продовжують напрацьовувати матеріали для заснування спеціального трибуналу щодо злочину агресії проти України.
