Компанія OpenAI запустила дослідницьку версію ШІ-агента Operator, який може самостійно виконувати певні завдання у веб-браузері, зокрема автоматизує онлайн-покупки, бронювання ресторанів та місць для подорожей. Першими користувачами «Оператора» стануть підписники ChatGPT Pro у США, повідомило TechCrunch.

З часом компанія планує додади доступ до нього підписникам рівнів Plus, Team і Enterprise.

«"Оператор" незабаром буде в інших країнах. — сказав генеральний директор OpenAI Сем Альтман у прямій трансляції в четвер. — Поява в Європі, на жаль, займе деякий час».

Наразі випробувати ШІ-агента можна через operator.chatgpt.com, проте компанія повідомила, що має намір інтегрувати «Оператора» у всі клієнтські версії чатбота ChatGPT.

В інтерфейсі «Оператора» користувачі можуть вибрати кілька категорій завдань: онлайн-покупки, доставку, замовлення столиків у ресторанах, бронювання для подорожей, дозволяючи різний рівень автоматизації.

Коли користувачі ChatGPT активують «Оператор», з’являється невелике вікно, у якому показано спеціальний веб-браузер, який агент використовує для виконання завдань, разом із поясненнями конкретних дій, які він виконує.

За інформацією компанії, «Оператор» працює на основі моделі Computer-Using Agent, яку навчено взаємодіяти з інтерфейсом веб-сайтів. CUA може використовувати кнопки, переміщуватися по меню та заповнювати форми на веб-сторінці так само, як це робила б людина.

OpenAI повідомила, що «Оператор» співпрацює з популярними сервісами, такими як DoorDash, eBay, Instacart, Priceline, StubHub і Uber.

Перед виконанням «чутливих» завдань, як відправка електронного листа, або підтвердження замовлення, «Оператор» навчений запитувати остаточного дозволу користувача.

Разом із цим, наразі «Оператор» не може стабільно виконувати складні та спеціалізовані завдання: наприклад, створювати детальні слайд-шоу, керувати складними календарними системами або взаємодіяти з нестандартними веб-інтерфейсами.

Оператор також може «застрягти», якщо зіткнеться з особливо складним полем пароля або перевіркою CAPTCHA. У такому випадку він попросить користувача виконати це самому.
