Павлу Дурову висунули обвинувачення у шести злочинах. 

Його обвинувачують у 6 правопорушеннях: 

- участь у наркоторгівлі

- організація незаконних транзакцій

- зберігання порнографії, в тому числі з неповнолітніми

- шахрайство

- надання криптографічних послуг

- відмова надати необхідні документи чи інформацію за запитом уповноважених органів

Замість арешту Павла Дурова взяли під судовий нагляд - він має відмічатися у поліції двічі на тиждень, внести заставу в 5 мільйонів євро та залишитися у Франції.
