На Первом национальном телеканале закрывают четыре программы от компаний Михаила Поплавского.

Об этом на своей странице в Facebook пишет гендиректор Национальной телерадиокомпании Украины Зураб Аласания, сообщает Обозреватель.

"Качество и количество производимых продюсерскоій компанией М.Поплавского программ "Перший национальный" не устраивает, о чём продюсеры этих программ были уведомлены заблаговременно.

Национальная телекомпания приняла во внимание проблемы с бизнес-планами Поплавского и связанные с ними затраты на производство этих программ, а потому "с плеча не рубила", а вошла в положение и дала возможность планы своевременно изменить. Времени для завершения этих планов было предоставлено достаточно.

К настоящему моменту из эфира Першого национального одна за другой выведены четыре программы производства компаний Поплавского."

Договоры в своё время были подписаны в обход юридического департамента НТКУ и содержат... дикие, мягко говоря, штрафные санкции за невыпуск программ в эфир или расторжение контракта в одностороннем порядке. Однако составлены договоры с очевидными нарушениями закона Украины, поэтому судебных перспектив, по мнению юристов НТКУ, не имеют.

НТКУ отправила Поплавскому официальное предложение о расторжении этих договоров по согласию сторон. Что касается концертов, которые время от времени устраивает Поплавский - каждый раз НТКУ будет рассматривать предложенный контент отдельно", - сообщил журналист.
