Журналісту видання Слідство.Інфо Євгенію Шульгату, який опублікував розслідування про елітне майно керівника департаменту кібербезпеки СБУ Іллі Вітюка, вручили повістку працівники ТЦК. При врученні військкомів супроводжував співробітник департаменту кібербезпеки СБУ, який очолює Ілля Вітюк — фігурант розслідування Євгенія Шульгата. Журналісти з’ясували це, проаналізувавши записи з камер спостереження і опублікували нове розслідування.

Цими днями Шульгат працював над розслідуванням про керівника департаменту кібербезпеки СБУ Іллю Вітюка “Заможні жінки та королівська нерухомість генерала СБУ”. Воно вийшло 4 квітня.

Поки журналіст проводив розслідування, в понеділок 1 квітня у супермаркеті в Оболонському районі Києва до Шульгата підійшли співробітники Солом’янського ТЦК та намагалися вручити йому повістку. 

Разом з ними був чоловік у цивільному одязі. З відео зрозуміло, що людина у цивільному дає вказівки співробітникам ТЦК. Джерела журналістів вказали на те, що ним може бути Олексій Біленко — людина, близька до Іллі Вітюка. 

Після пошуків у базах даних журналісти знайшли Олексія Біленка, який раніше працював у львівському управлінні СБУ. А зараз — у департаменті кібербезпеки СБУ. Тобто у тому департаменті, який очолює Ілля Вітюк — фігурант розслідування Євгенія Шульгата
