Американець Бенджамін Віттес спроєктував прапор України та роботи українського художника Нікіти Тітова на стіни будівлі посольства Росії у Вашингтоні

У відповідь працівники посольства спроєктували на будівлі літери Z і V. Про це повідомляє українська редакція «Голосу Америки».

Бенджамін Віттес проєктує український прапор на стіни російського посольства у Вашингтоні майже щомісяця від початку повномасштабного вторгнення.Він називає це «спеціальною проєкційною операцією».

«Якщо люди не можуть спати в Києві, якщо вони не можуть спати у Львові та не можуть спати в Одесі, вони не повинні спати і в цьому посольстві», — прокоментував Віттес.

Цього разу він вирішив також спроєктувати картини українського художника Нікіти Тітова. 

Художник долучився до акції дистанційно. Тітов коментував свої роботи, а його слова транслювали у Вашингтоні за допомогою гучномовця.

Бенджамін Віттес розповів, що росіяни завжди під час його акцій намагаються «заглушити» зображення, підключаючи власні прожектори.

«Вони світять прожекторами букви Z і V щоразу, коли я проєктую. Іноді вони відправляють людей через вулицю, щоб спробувати заблокувати наші проєкції. І вони зазвичай дзвонять у спецслужбу, щоб спробувати нас заарештувати», — додає американець.
