Президент России Владимир Путин направил телеграмму с поздравлениями президенту США Бараку Обаме, который отмечает день рождения, сообщил пресс-секретарь главы российского государства Дмитрий Песков,передает РИА Новости .

"Поздравительная телеграмма направлена президенту США… С учетом разницы во времени, она в процессе", — сказал Песков журналистам во вторник.

Комментируя июньский разговор в интервью New York Times, Обама рассказал, что был воодушевлен звонком Путина, в ходе которого обсуждалась и Сирия.
