Більшість груп так званих добровольців з Росії, які відправляються до східних регіонів України, вербують та формують у групи за допомогою соцмереж. Про це заявив речник Інформаційно-аналітичного центру РНБО Володимир Чеповий на брифінгу в Укрінформі.

«На території Росії активізовано роботу з вербування громадян Росії та інших країн-учасниць СНД для їх подальшого перенаправлення до східних областей України для участі у бойових діях на боці бойовиків. Більшість груп добровольців в кількості 60-80 осіб формуються за допомогою соцмереж», - сказав він, додавши, що це відбувається за сприяння ФСБ РФ, партій «Єдина Росія» та ЛДПР.

Речник РНБО також поінформував, що після цього терористи проходять інструктаж і бойову підготовку упродовж 3-7 днів на території Ростовської області. «Наразі зафіксовано формування декількох груп загальною кількістю до 2 тис. осіб», - наголосив Володимир Чеповий.
