Російська влада запускає процедуру виведення бізнесу найбільшого рітейлера в росії X5 через процедуру позбавлення іноземних акціонерів контролю за мережами супермаркетів «П'ятірочка», «Перекресток» та «Чижик».

Мінпромторг рф подав позов до Арбітражного суду про призупинення прав голландської X5 Retail Group NV щодо її російської «дочки» (ТОВ «Корпоративний центр Ікс 5»), під керуванням якої перебуває понад 21 тисяча магазинів у 67 регіонах росії.

Як повідомила сама X5, позов не «вплине на повсякденну діяльність компанії». Однак якщо він буде задоволений, голландська структура принаймні до 2024 року буде позбавлена   акціонерних прав щодо російської «дочки»: іноземних акціонерів позбавлять права голосу на зборах, можливості отримувати дивіденди та розпоряджатися акціями та частками.
