Російський адвокат Наталія Весельницька, яка зустрічалася з Дональдом Трампом молодшим під час виборчої кампанії 2016 року, заперечує, що має зв'язки з Кремлем.
 

Про це Весельницька розповіла в інтерв'ю виданню NBC News, пише Еспресо.ТВ

Вона стверджує, що зустрічалася з сином президента Дональда Трампа, щоб висловити інтерес свого клієнта до Закону Магнітського. За її словами, ніякої інформації щодо діяльності кампанії Гілларі Клінтон вона передавати не збиралася. 

"У мене ніколи не було ніякої руйнівної або важливої інформації про Гілларі Клінтон. Я ніколи не збиралася цього робити", - наголосила  Весельницька.

Зазначимо, що напередодні видання The New York Times написало про те, що Трамп-молодший у 2016 році організував зустріч з російським адвокатом, який має зв'язки з Кремлем. За інформацією видання, зустріч проходила у хмарочосі Trump Tower в Нью-Йорку 9 листопада 2016 року. На ній також були присутні зять Дональда Трампа Джаред Кушнер та Пол Манафорт.
