Сценаристку програми Saturday Night Live на каналі NBC відсторонили від роботи після публікації твіту про сина президента США Дональда Трампа, 10-річного Беррона, повідомляють американські ЗМІ.

За інформацією джерел серед керівництва програми, Кеті Річ відсторонили від роботи на невизначений термін.

У п'ятницю Річ написала в своєму Twitter "Беррон [Трамп] буде першим в цій країні шкільним стрільцем на домашньому навчанні".

У соцмережах відразу ж почали з'являтися численні критичні коментарі на адресу сценаристки і заклики звільнити її. До захисників Беррона долучилася і дочка колишнього президента США Челсі Клінтон.

За останні кілька місяців в програмі Saturday Night Live з'явилося кілька випусків з пародіями на Трампа. Сам він назвав їх несмішними, а гру акторів - огидною.
