Компания Hillair Capital Management подала на сестер в суд и предъявила иск на сумму 180 млн долларов за невыполнение обязательств по договору о продвижении бренда Kardashian Beauty, пишет TMZ.
 

Сестры Ким, Кортни и Хлое Кардаштян обвиняются в том, что уделяют слишком мало времени продвижению своей линии косметики Kardashian Beauty, хотя по договору участницы популярного реалити-шоу должны с высокой периодичностью публиковать на своих личных страничках фотографии этих средств.

Изначально продукцию Kardashian Beauty выпускала компания Boldface, которая совместно с Ким, Хлои и Кортни запустила линию косметических средств под названием Khroma Beauty в 2012 году. Но спустя год по решению суда им запретили использовать это имя, поэтому торговую марку переименовали в Kardashian Beauty. В том же году Boldface выкупила компания Hillair Capital Management.
 

В холдинге отмечают, что потратили на развитие Kardashian Beauty более 10 млн, теперь Hillair Capital Management, помимо 180 млн долларов, за нарушение условий контракта требует от звездной семьи вернуть и эту сумму. Таким образом, сестрам Кардашьян, в случае обвинительного приговора, придется заплатить минимум 190 млн долларов.
