Призначення Дмитра Шимківа на посаду міністра охорони здоров'я суперечитиме поняттю технократичного підходу до формування уряду.

Про це заступник глави Адміністрації Президента України Дмитро Шимків написав у Facebook.

За його словами, у нього немає досвіду роботи у медичній галузі, має місце конфлікт інтересів, а також, на його переконання, у парламенті відсутнє довготермінове бачення для реалізації реформи медицини.

Водночас, Шимків висловив бажання зайняти посаду віце-прем'єра, яка, на його думку, відповідає його досвіду.

"Я не одноразово публічно заявляв що моя сила в координації та об'єднанні зусиль, а це є посада віце-прем'єра. Також говорив що для координаційних посад не потрібно міністерство адже найголовніша потреба сьогодні це узгодження та міжвідомча координація зусиль. В мене є досвід в інноваціях та залученні інвестицій, електронному урядуванні, впровадженні організаційних змін, тощо. Вважаю, що треба використовувати сильні сторони людей для досягнення успіху країни", - написав він.
