Цьогоріч офіційний талісман конкурсу — персонаж Лумо. Його створила студентка Базельської академії мистецтва та дизайну.  

Дизайн маскота обрали серед 36 фінальних робіт у межах конкурсу, в якому взяли участь понад 1100 студентів. Lumo (від luminous — «сяйво») символізує пульс серця «Євробачення» та втілює його гасло — «Об'єднані музикою».
