У процесі засідання фракції "Слуга народу", яке відбулося в понеділок, 18 жовтня, було ухвалене рішення ініціювати процедуру виключення з її складу нардепки Людмили Буймістер, яка голосувала "проти" законопроєкту президента Володимира Зеленського "про олігархів". Про це повідомила на своєму каналі в Telegram спікерка фракції Юлія Палійчук.

Зазначимо, на початку жовтня Буймістер у коментарі Фокусу говорила, що чекала зустрічі із Зеленським, у процесі якої збиралася пояснити чому вона не підтримала поданий ним законопроєкт "про олігархів". Парламентарійка заявляла, що "Слуга народу" — це партія президента, тому рішення про виключення зі складу однойменної фракції повинен ухвалювати глава держави, а не лідери політсили і монобільшості.

Про те, що Буймістер можуть виключити зі складу фракції "Слуга народу" 4 жовтня говорив керівник партії Олександр Корнієнко. 23 вересня про це згадував і лідер монобільшості Давид Арахамія.
