 Останні розкриття щодо зв'язків між ультраправими євродепутатами та прокремлівським медіаканалом "Голос Європи" викликали хвилю обурення у Європейському Союзі. За даними Politico, цей канал фінансується Росією і використовується для розповсюдження дезінформації, що підтверджується чеськими спецслужбами.

 У відкритих джерелах виявлено, що канал мав інтерв'ю з 16 депутатами Європарламенту, більшість з яких представляли ультраправі партії. Вони висловлювали проросійські позиції, закликали до демілітаризації України та виступали проти надання їй додаткової зброї.

 Ці висловлювання викликали занепокоєння з огляду на майбутні вибори до Європейського парламенту. Експерти попереджають про ризик впливу іноземних акторів, таких як Росія, на виборчий процес у ЄС.

 Вплив прокремлівських медіа як "Голос Європи" на європейську політику є надзвичайно важливим. Це підкреслює необхідність посилення контролю над засобами масової інформації, щоб уникнути маніпуляцій і зовнішнього впливу.
