Низка провідних компаній і сервісів оголосили про вихід з російського ринку або запровадження нових обмежень для російських користувачів. Нові санкції заборонять також американським компаніям надавати будь-яким юридичним особам у рф послуги з ІТ-консалтингу, проєктування, підтримки та хмарних сервісів.

Серед нових санкцій: 

  Google заблокував реєстрацію нових акаунтів за російськими номерами та позбавив російських блогерів можливості отримувати дохід через AdSense;

  Atlassian, Jira, Trello та Confluence оголосили про повний вихід з російського ринку;

  Сервіс Notion, який використовувався для організації роботи та управління проєктами, став недоступним у рф;

  Сервіс Miro не обслуговуватиме російські та білоруські акаунти;

  Компанія Microsoft розпочала відключення російських користувачів від своїх хмарних сервісів;

  Сервіс Slack виходить з російського ринку, припиняючи обслуговування корпоративного месенджера;

  Системи CAD, Autodesk вийшли з росії, а SAP та Oracle залишили ERP-ринок країни
