Наприкінці вересня Арестович потрапив у скандал, коли мережею стали ширитися уривки відео з його платних психологічних семінарів. Як з’ясувалось, Олексій на своїх «уроках» пропагує сексизм і насильство. Зокрема, називав жінок «істотами», яких хочеться «придушити.
Проти нього відкрито кримінальне провадження за ч. 2 ст. 300 КК — виготовлення або розповсюдження відеопродукції, що пропагує культ насильства та жорстокості, расову, національну чи релігійну нетерпимість та дискримінацію. Нею передбачається штраф від 34 000 до 62 000 грн або обмеження волі терміном до 5 років. Справу передали в Київську міську прокуратуру.
