Закарпатский окружной административный суд вынес решение о необходимости пересчитать голоса избирателей, поданные за кандидатов в депутаты Ужгородского городского совета.

Об этом говорится в постановлении суда, которое опубликовал на своей странице в Фейсбуке истец - член исполкома Ужгородского городского совета Александр Броди .

«Обязать Ужгородскую городскую избирательную комиссию Закарпатской области повторно, на основании протоколов участковых избирательных комиссий установить итоги и результаты выборов депутатов Ужгородского городского совета от 25 октября 2015 года», - говорится в постановлении.

Также в постановлении отмечается, что, изучив предоставленные документы, суд установил: территориальная избирательная комиссия фальсифицировала результаты выборов, «забрав» около 500 голосов у партии «Наш край» и «дописав» примерно столько же «Оппозиционному блоку».
