Суд в Парижі продовжив термін утримання під вартою співзасновнику Telegram Павлу Дурову на ще 48 годин. Про це повідомляє видання AFP з посиланням на джерело, близьке до слідства.

Як повідомляє видання, початковий період затримання для допиту може тривати максимум до 96 годин. Після цього суддя може прийняти рішення звільнити затриманого або висунути звинувачення та залишити під вартою.

Нагадаємо, засновника і генерального директора компанії Telegram Павла Дурова заарештували у Франції 24 серпня близько 8-ї години вечора, коли він вийшов зі свого приватного літака на злітній смузі в аеропорту «Ле Бурже».

Як повідомляє французький канал TF1/LCI із посиланням на свої джерела, влада Франції звинувачує Дурова у співучасті в торгівлі наркотиками, злочинах проти дітей та шахрайстві через відсутність модерації контенту в телеграмі.
