Восьмий апеляційний суд Львова заборонив "Партію Шарія", це вже дев’ята партія, діяльність якої заборонено в судовому порядку, повідомляє  "Чесно"

Це друга спроба заборонити цю проросійську партію, і вона стала результативною.

Вперше СБУ вимагала заборонити "Партію Шарія" в Окружному адміністративному суді міста Києва рік тому.

Майно цієї політсили мають передати на користь держави, але рішення суду ще можна оскаржити у Верховному Суді.

Крім цього, сьогодні суд також заборонив партію "Ліва опозиція", що з’явилася у 2015 році після ліквідації КПУ.

Водночас розгляд заборони партії "Опозиційна платформа — За життя", який теж відбувався сьогодні, суд переніс на 20 червня.
