У рамках угоди компанії погоджуються дозволити некомерційним або громадським організаціям, які мають досвід роботи з мовою ненависті, перевіряти платформи і швидко реагувати на контент, який вони виявляють.

Це нагадування про те, наскільки різним стає досвід європейців і американців в інтернеті. У той час як законодавці ЄС просувають законодавство про технічну безпеку і підзвітність проти індустрії, яку вважають занадто великою і неконтрольованою, на Капітолійському пагорбі такі пропозиції гальмуються, якщо не стикаються з активним опором.
