Telegram оновив політику конфіденційності.
Дуров також зазначив, що фахівці зробили пошук у месенджері, яким зловживали для продажу "нелегальних товарів", безпечнішим.
Він закликав повідомляти про випадки, коли під час пошуку виявлено "що-небудь небезпечне або незаконне".
