 TikTok заявив, що буде змушений "піти в темряву" у США вже цієї неділі, якщо не буде чіткої заяви від адміністрації Байдена для постачальників послуг. Про це повідомляє Bloomberg. 

Заяви, зроблені в п'ятницю Білим домом і Міністерством юстиції, "не змогли забезпечити необхідну ясність і запевнення" для постачальників послуг, йдеться в повідомленні компанії на X.

 У п'ятницю Верховний суд підтримав закон, який загрожує закриттям популярної в США платформи. Китайська материнська компанія TikTok, ByteDance Ltd., зобов'язана знайти покупця для своєї діяльності в США, інакше їй доведеться припинити роботу 19 січня. Дональд Трамп пообіцяв врятувати TikTok, призупинивши виконання нового закону, як тільки вступить на посаду в понеділок.
