Провідна компанія веб-аналітики SimilarWeb у своїй доповіді стверджує, що трафік з Facebook для деяких медіа-компаній в другому кварталі цього року значно впав у порівнянні з першим кварталом. Про це повідомляє Media Sapiens

SimilarWeb опублікував щомісячний рейтинг найбільших медіа компаній за обсягом трафіку. Але останній графік у звіті відображає обсяг трафіку, який сайти отримують від переходів із соцмережі.

Відповідно до дослідження, не пощастило власнику Newsweek - IBT Media. Трафік з Facebook для нього знизився на 47% у другому кварталі. TheStreet.com отримав навіть більше падіння - мінус 53% трафіку з соцмереж.

У попередньому дослідженні SimilarWeb йшлося про те, яким додаткам користувачі приділяють більше часу. В середньому жителі США щодня витрачають на гру Pokemon Go приблизно 43 хв, на WhatsApp – 30 хв, Instagram – 25 хв, на Snapchat – 22 хв, а на Messenger – 12 хв.

MediaSapiens вже писав про те, що медіакомпанії втрачають аудиторію у Facebook через новий алгоритм стрічки новин.
