Республиканец Дональд Трамп, в случае избрания президентом США, намерен запретить визу J-1, по которой приезжают участники программ культурного обмена, в том числе по программе Work and Travel. Об этом сообщило в понедельник агентство AP, передает ТАСС.

Как отмечается, по этому типу виз в США ежегодно приезжает порядка 300 тыс. иностранных студентов, которые находят в стране работу.

Трамп, добивающийся выдвижения кандидатом в президенты США от Республиканский партии, заявил, что визы J-1 преследуют корпоративные интересы для поиска дешевой рабочей силы. Американский миллиардер уверен в том, что приезжающих студентов по обмену можно заменить молодыми специалистами из США.
