Третя штурмова бригада запустила Платформу реформ.

20 березня у Києві команда бригади поділиться з підрозділами Сил оборони, студентами й викладачами військових ВНЗ країни, як вдалося вибудувати ефективну систему управління та мотивації рекрутингу. 

«За три роки повномасштабної війни ми збудували найбільший підрозділ Збройних Сил та власний Всесвіт, в якому, попри усі складнощі війни, є місце ініціативі, людським стосункам та щоденному вдосконаленню. Платформа — це формула успіху Трійки, якою ми хочемо поділитися з усіма, щоб наша армія стала ще ефективнішою та сильнішою», — написала Третя штурмова.

У програмі Платформи:

  • виступ «феномен Трійки» полковника Андрія Білецького;
  • блок «Вивозь фронт» та панельна дискусія «Ефективний фронт»;
  • блок «Тримай тил» та панельна дискусія «Ефективний тил»;
  • запуск курсу лекцій від спікерів бригади.

До заходу приєднаються представники підрозділів, керівництва Сил оборони, і вищого керівництва країни.
