Социальный сервис Twitter тестирует размещение рекламных блоков в потоке публикаций на странице пользователя.

Новый тест добавляет продвигаемые твиты к потокам на страницах пользователей, отмечая их как "Предложенные Twitter".

В настоящее время подобные объявления отображаются только для зарегистрированных пользователей. Это, скорее всего, связано с тем, что социальная сеть осуществляет таргетинг рекламы, основываясь на интересах пользователей.

Но, возможно, данный функционал будет обращён и к незарегистрированным пользователям. Ведь компания утверждает, что более 500 млн человек ежемесячно посещают платформу, так и не заведя собственный аккаунт. Партнерство с Google поможет организовать таргетинг на основе предпочтения твитов, предъявленных в результатах поиска.

Как и при предыдущих тестированиях Twitter, новый функционал пока применятся лишь к небольшому числу избранных аккаунтов.
