Три тисячі акаунтів координаторів з Києва працювали на «чорний PR» та інформаційну війну проти України. Їх виявили кіберфахівці Служби безпеки України, повідомляє Офіс генпрокурора.
 

Обслуговування російський PR-компаній організували працівники ІТ-галузі. Вони зареєстрували аканти в Instagram та Facebook, що передавалися в «оренду», у тому числі представникам PR-компаній РФ для поширення антиукраїнського контенту та дискредитації державних органів України – Конституційного Суду України, міністерств, відомств, правоохоронних структур, військкоматів.

При допомозі обладнання вони змінювали ІР-адреси при створенні кожного наступного акаунта, імітуючи реєстрацію в соцмережі щоразу іншого реального абонента українських операторів мобільного зв’язку.

Під час обшуку було вилучено комп’ютерну техніку з програмним забезпеченням, серверне обладнання, модеми, сім-картки операторів мобільного зв’язку. Все це передадуть АРМА «для наповнення держбюджету».

Вирішується питання щодо повідомлення про підозру одному із організаторів протиправної діяльності за фактом несанкціонованого втручання в роботу інформаційних, інформаційно-комунікаційних систем (частина 1 статті 361 Кримінального кодексу України).
