Національна рада з електронних ЗМІ (NEPLP) Латвії закрила доступ до 17 порталів, що поширюють російську пропаганду. Про це повідомляє Latvijas Vēstnesis, передає Delfi.

Доступ закрили  до сайту topcor.ru, який поширює спотворену та хибну інформацію про події у світі і війну в Україні, виправдовуючи вторгнення Росії та окупацію частини України. Також сайт містить матеріали, спрямовані проти незалежності, суверенітету й територіальної цілісності Латвії.

Також закрили доступ до сайту russkie.org, який поширює спотворену й тенденційну інформацію про події в Росії та світі, акцентуючи, наприклад, на «особливій» ролі Росії та російської мови. Відповідний сайт публікує пропагандистські матеріали про події в Росії та світі, подаючи події в Україні упереджено й однобічно.

Крім того, в Латвії надалі заблокують  доступ до сайтів: яшкинскийрайон.рф, dagpravda.ru, otr-online.ru, sevkavportal.ru, nur-05.ru, nikatv.ru, informugra.ru, edinstvo-news.ru, gubtrk.ru, эпохагероев.рф, overclockers.ru, grozny.tv, yakutia-daily.ru, riamo.ru і героиспецоперации.рф.

«Усі ці сайти були позначені іншим компетентним державним органом як такі, що містять заборонений контент. Після перевірок NEPLP ухвалила рішення закрити доступ до цих сайтів, їхніх доменних імен або IP-адрес, а також до їхніх дзеркальних сторінок» , — йдеться у повідомленні видання.

Провайдери мають негайно заблокувати доступ до вказаних сайтів.
