У Луцькій міській раді заборонено використовувати Telegram на службових комп’ютерах та особистих комп’ютерах, що використовуються в службовій діяльності.

Про це йдеться у відповіді Луцької міської ради на запит представниці Інституту масової інформації.

У міськраді зазначили, що це зроблено з метою мінімізації кіберзагроз, пов’язаних з використанням Telegram, зокрема, на виконання спеціального доручення міського голови Луцька Ігоря Поліщука від 16 жовтня 2024 року «Про заборону використання Telegram».

Користуватися Telegram заборонено в службовій діяльності:

  • управління інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій;
  • керівників виконавчих органів, відповідальних осіб за
  • інформатизацію у виконавчих органах, що мають статус окремих юридичних осіб;
  • керівників комунальних підприємств, закладів та установ;
  • ІТ-фахівців у комунальних підприємствах, закладах, установах.

Також у міськраді припинили передавання службової інформації через Telegram, за винятком випадків, визначених окремими нормативними документами, до яких належить його безпосереднє використання (CityBot Назар, чат-бот «Свої», відділ комунікацій 15-80).
