Міністерство юстиції Молдови звернулося до суду Кишинева з проханням накласти обмеження на політичну діяльність проросійської партії «Шанс». Про це повідомляє Reuters.

Суд може призупинити більшість видів політичної діяльності партії та заборонити їй займатись агітацією на президентських виборах і референдумі про членство в ЄС, які, як очікується, відбудуться одночасно в жовтні.

Також партія може бути позбавлена ​​права створювати медіагрупи, організовувати збори, мітинги чи пікетування й користуватися своїми банківськими рахунками (за деякими винятками).

У міністерстві повідомили, що ухвалили таке рішення, коли аудит партії виявив, що її керівництво не виконало вимог Центральної виборчої комісії і не надало повних даних про свою діяльність.

Як пише Reuters, партія «Шанс» та її покровитель Ілан Шор є головною рушійною силою проросійського виборчого блоку «Победа», про створення якого оголосили минулого місяця в Москві. Партія відстоює проросійський вектор для Молдови і приєднання країни до Євразійського економічного союзу.

Ілана Шора торік заочно засудили до 15 років ув’язнення за звинуваченнями в зникненні 1 млрд доларів з банківської системи Молдови у 2014 році. Шор живе в Ізраїлі, Молдова неодноразово домагалася його екстрадиції.
