На Красній площі у столиці Росії Москві поліція 6 червня затримала активіста Руслана Осипова, який закликав Леніна прокинутися

Про це повідомляє правозахисний портал “ОВД-Инфо”.

Активіст стояв в одиничному пікеті поряд із мавзолеєм Леніна, тримаючи в руках плакат: Wake up we have a tsar again ( “Прокинься, у нас знову є цар”).

Пікет тривав не більше ніж 10 секунд – поліцейські затримали Осипова і відвели до відділу, де склали протокол про участь у неузгодженій публічній акції. Суд розгляне справу 17 червня.

Одиничні пікети за російським законом не вимагають узгодження, однак у ньому міститься застереження, що порядок проведення акцій на Красній площі і в інших районах, прилеглих до Кремля, визначає президент Росії. Де-факто одиничні пікети там заборонені, поліція регулярно затримує тих, хто намагається їх провести.
