Ці двері є беззаперечним свідченням російських військових злочинів.

На цих дверях селяни рахували дні, доки перебували у фактичному конц-таборі — у підвалі школи більш як 350 мешканців села і вдень, і вночі знаходилися 27 діб, доки з Ягідного не втекли окупанти. Росіяни тримали все село як живий щит для захисту свого штабу від ударів української артилерії. Одинадцятеро людей загинули, дехто з’їхав з глузду... Найменшому в’язню підвалу було кілька місяців...

Виставка у Нью-Йорку має назву «Україна. Розп’яття. Трибунал» і організована Національним музеєм історії України у Другій світовій війні та Фондом «Україна — ХХІ століття».
