У Польщі передали до суду обвинувальний акт проти фермера Пьотра Г. і його дочки, які вивісили на тракторі прапор СРСР і банер із закликом до Путіна "розібратись з Україною".

Про це, як пише "Європейська правда", повідомляє TVN24.

Прокуратура Глівіце направила обвинувальний акт у цій справі до суду. Окрім вихваляння війни РФ, прокурор звинуватив обвинувачених у публічній пропаганді комуністичної ідеології та демонстрації її символіки.

Обвинуваченими є Пьотр Г. і його дочка Агата Г., які брали участь у лютневому протесті фермерів у Гожичках. 

Напис на тракторі закликав Путіна "розібратися" з Україною, Брюсселем і польською владою. На тракторі вивісили прапор СРСР.

 
 
 

За словами Каріни Спрус, прессекретарки Глівіцької регіональної прокуратури, Пьотр Г. і Агата Г. спочатку не визнали себе винними, вказуючи на свій намір "привернути увагу до актуальних проблем сільського господарства". 

Згодом вони обидвоє визнали свою провину і подали клопотання про добровільну згоду на покарання, узгоджене з прокурором.

Публічні заклики до ведення загарбницької війни або її вихваляння караються позбавленням волі на строк до 5 років. 

Публічна пропаганда комуністичної чи іншої тоталітарної ідеології карається позбавленням волі на строк до 3 років.

На цей випадок на протесті жорстко відреагувало МЗС Польщі.
