Відомо, що серед забороненої символіки також емблема ОУН "у вигляді стилізованого золотого тризуба, середній елемент якого виконаний у формі гострого меча", а також так звану організаційну емблему – "чорний рівносторонній трикутник з підставкою вгору".
Також росіяни пояснили, чому забороняють демонструвати атрибутику. Кажуть, що ОУН, Українську народну-революційну армію, Українську повстанську армію та Українську народну самооборону внесли до переліку "нацистських".
Відтак, за порушення очікується або штраф, або арешт. Вони передбачаються за "пропаганду або публічне демонстрування" символіки відповідних організацій. За це потрібно буде викласти до 2 тисяч рублів штрафу або ж відсидіти до 15 діб адміністративного арешту. Це передбачає законодавство країни-агресорки.
