У Росії Міністерство зв'язку і масових комунікацій підготувало законопроект, що визначає розмір штрафів для провайдерів, які відмовляються блокувати заборонені сайти.

Повідомляється, що міністерство пропонує карати операторів штрафом, розмір якого для посадових осіб складе від 3 тисяч до 5 тисяч рублів, для підприємців — від 10 тисяч до 30 тисяч рублів, для юридичних осіб — від 50 тисяч до 100 тисяч рублів, пише ТСН.

Передбачається, що поправки до Кодексу про адміністративні правопорушення набудуть чинності в березні 2016 року.
