Тисячі словаків вийшли на вулиці Братислави, протестуючи проти корупції в уряді Роберта Фіцо.

Про це повідомляє Європейська правда з посиланням на видання Aktuality.

Протестувальники вимагали відставки глави МВС Роберта Каліняка, близького до Роберта Фіцо, глави поліції Табора Гаспара та інших урядовців, яких звинувачують у перешкоджанні належному розслідуванню корупційних скандалів.

Демонстрацію у Братиславі було організовано студентськими організаціями. Організатори стверджують, що в протестах взяли участь до 10 тисяч людей.

 

При цьому демонстрантів підтримав і президент Словаччини Андрей Кіска.

Як зазначає Associated Press, це був найбільший протест у Словаччині з 2012 року.

Студенти, які брали участь у протестах у понеділок, не виключають подібні акції і в майбутньому.
