Цей довідник підвищує обізнаність про ці небезпеки, об’єднуючи мільйони номерів в одному томі, покликаному справити враження, зокрема, завдяки своїй значній товщині, і спонукати людей бути обережними.

Таким чином він не лише підкреслить масштаб шахрайства, але й слугуватиме нагадуванням про те, що від нього страждає кожен. Довідник пропонує оригінальне відображення підозрілих номерів, заохочуючи тайців завантажити Whoscall, щоб захистити себе від шахрайських дзвінків.
