Автором об’єкта став митець Олександр Корбан, який цьогоріч представляє Україну на фестивалі Tbilisi Mural Fest. Стінопис з'явився напроти будівлі секції інтересів росії при Посольстві Швейцарії в Грузії.

Tbilisi Mural Fest був заснований у 2019 році та об’єднав кількох художників для роботи над приголомшливими стінописами в столиці Грузії, створюючи унікальні приклади успішного пострадянського міського втручання. Щороку у фестивалі беруть участь всесвітньо відомі монументалісти та місцеві художники.
